Ingredients:
- ½ a Cantaloupe
- 1 Cho Cho (chayote)
- 1 Jicama (Mexican turnip)
- 2 Tomatoes
- ½ a Green Papaya
- ½ cup of Fresh Orange Juice
- ½ cup of Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 1 Lime, Squeezed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut all the vegetables julienne style, place in bowl and toss together. Blend all the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad and garnish with Hibiscus petal. Delish!
