Named after the beautiful blue butterfly native to the jungles of Belize, this delicious tropical drink is just as much at home by the pool or on the beach. Wherever you find yourself, a Blue Morpho is a great way to cool off on a hot day!
Ingredients:
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Rum
- 1/2 oz Tequila
- 2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- A dash of Blue Curacao
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice, pour in a salt rimmed glass and garnish with lime wedge.
