Chef Marcia has worked at Hamanasi for over 21 years. She began specializing as a breakfast chef and soon worked her way to head chef for lunch and dinner. She received training from the Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute, Culinary Institute of America, and from working with other chefs. When not crafting delicious meals at Hamanasi, Marcia enjoys spending quality time with her family.
