This packs a little heat, just the way we like it in Belize's East Indian ethnic community! I add the sweetness of our local honey and the tartness of lime juice to balance the delicious warmth of the infused jalapeños. This is one time I think you'll be happy to get a "sting".
Ingredients:
- 2 oz 5 Barrel rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz local honey
- 5 slices rum infused jalapeño peppers
- Fresh citrus
Preparation:
Shake over ice and garnish with fresh fruit, such as lime, orange and pineapple.
